Warranty at All of Angle

Defects not covered by the warranty:
Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse when the product is defective due to normal wear and tear.
Complaints for which we cannot provide compensation include:
* Normal wear and tear of the fabric;
* Defects caused by incorrect or intensive use;
* Excessive perspiration;
* Stains and discoloration of clothing;
* Pilling of clothes;
* Defects caused by washing or drying;
* Defects are caused by external influences, such as friction, sharp objects or chemicals;
* Defects in water and windproofness of clothing, unless strictly stated in the product description in our webshop.
* Items that cause physical discomfort due to the design, for example sweating or blisters.

Can you exchange items?

You can only exchange your item by returning your item and immediately placing a new order in our webshop.
Information about returns can be found under the heading “Return of an item”
Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to offset orders or to request a replacement item via the return label.
For technical reasons, we cannot replace, settle or place a new order for items for you. Thank you for understanding.

Return of an item

Register your return online and then take your return to a post office. The shipping costs are for the customer and we only accept packages that have been sent with a Track and Trace code. This is in case the package is lost along the way, it can be traced.

EXPLANATION OF RETURNS WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT
To register a return without an account, you will be asked for a number of details:
* Enter the ‘Order ID’. You will find this in the order confirmation that you received by email (the number is after the # in the order confirmation)
* Enter the surname you provided during the ordering process
* Enter the email address where you received the order confirmation
REGISTER A RETURN WITH AN ACCOUNT
Did you create an account when ordering? You can then log in to your account to register your return. This link will automatically take you to the page with your order(s) that are eligible for return.
AFTER YOU HAVE REGISTERED YOUR RETURN
After registering your return item(s), you can return the items, but please note the following:
* Make sure there is sufficient postage
* Use the correct return address
* Include a copy of the order in the box and write the return number on the box

You have a complaint

We always try to deliver products with our best quality and provide excellent service. Unfortunately, it may still happen that you are not satisfied. Please contact our customer service.
We will do our best to answer your complaint as quickly as possible and resolve your complaint.

Return defective item

If an item is damaged or defective, you can exercise your right of complaint.
Wanneer een artikel beschadigd of defect is, kun je gebruik maken van je recht van reclamatie.
* A clear and complete description of how the damage or defect occurred.
* 3 to 4 photos proving the damage or defect. The damage or defect must be clearly visible in at least one photo. In addition, the entire article must be photographed, once with the front and once with the back.
* You can send the photos to info@allofangle.com. Please note that your email, including photos, should not exceed 25 MB. We therefore recommend that you send your photos as a JPEG file.
* After receiving the photos, your request will be processed as quickly as possible. You will receive a message within a few days about the further processing of your request.

You are always entitled to the legal guarantee. This means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. If this is not the case, please contact us.
