Once an order is confirmed, unfortunately, we cannot cancel the order.
I haven't received confirmation of your purchase.
It’s possible that these are being blocked by the spam filter of your email program. We recommend checking your email’s spam folder. Perhaps our order confirmation ended up there. If you can’t find the email there, please contact our customer service.
The product or your size is no longer in stock.
A size may be out of stock, but it could become available again after some time. Therefore, keep an eye on our website. Unfortunately, not all items or sizes will be restocked.
Item in shopping cart.
If an item is in your shopping cart, it is NOT reserved. If the item sells out, the word ‘uitverkocht’ (sold out) will appear next to the item. If you want to be sure of your purchase, we advise you to order the item directly.

PostNL will decide this themselves; please carefully check your track and trace in the email. This contains more information about the delivery!
Delivery to a P.O. Box
Delivery to a P.O. Box is unfortunately not possible. You can have your package delivered to a PostNL pickup point.
